Method:

 using the scollops as your guide, cut the Bazzill With An Edge into strips

you will need 6 strips to complete this flower

scrunch each strip into tight balls to soften the bazzill ready for peeling

carefully unravel each of the scrunched strips and peel from each end - leaving centres 

using your craft knife place a small slit in the centre of each strip for the brad

place the brad through the centre of the flower then place the strips evenly around using the brad to secure

once all strips are in place, the flower will now be formed, secure the brad into position

puff up your flower by speading the peeled layers
